The qualities we are seeking are someone who has a passion for the cannabis plant and who is skilled and motivated team player to produce the dankest flower in the Oregon market.

Responsibilities:
Clone Propagation/Mother Stock Properly and precisely executes slicing of clones to ensure quality cuts.
Take clones while looking for signs of pests, diseases, mold, or rot.
Maintain clone logs, spray logs, water logs.
Prune mother stock to provide cuttings for propagation.
Ensure clones are taken in a timely manner in accordance to flower room scheduling.
Maintain a clean area upon completion of assigned duties and responsibilities.
Maintain irrigation system and lighting systems.
Potential for some overtime and/or weekends.
Responsible for measuring and mixing nutrient and plant applications and applying these mixtures according to defined SOP's Ensure plant health by pruning, toping, trimming, analyzing plant health according to policy, as well as any other tasks required Assists the Director of Cultivation with crop planning, coordinating, and overseeing the cuttings schedule to ensure correct quantity and variety of strains are selected for cuttings.
- Perform regular compliance checks to ensure all plants are properly tagged and accounted for, and all regulations are being followed.
